The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, maintaining optimal machine performance, and providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate records of gaming activities and ensure all data is up-to-date
* Conduct regular audits to identify any areas for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
* Provide training and support to staff members as needed
* Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years experience in a gaming environment
* RSA and RCG certifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
