Job Summary:
The Chief of Staff to the CEO — Governance role is responsible for providing strategic support and administrative assistance to the Chief Executive Officer. This includes managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating governance initiatives, and driving organizational vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the CEO in effectively utilizing their time by prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless execution
o Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement strategic plans
o Coordinate logistics for meetings, appointments, and events
+ Develop and maintain complex schedules, calendars, and itineraries
+ Ensure accurate and timely communication of information to relevant stakeholders
o Provide analytical and problem-solving support to drive business growth and improvement
o Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail
o Utilize effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and external partners
* Assist with governance and strategic initiatives to drive the organization's vision and mission
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably supporting senior executives
* Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
