The Position
* Full-time, in-office role providing essential support to the Property Management team by actioning all tenant-related enquiries. This position is office-based with no final bond inspections, viewings, or routine inspections, though occasional coverage may be required.
* Facilitate smooth tenant inductions for all new occupants, ensuring a positive move-in experience.
* Oversee and coordinate tenancy processes including new leases, vacates, renewals, break leases, inspection scheduling, pet applications, and related administration, using established checklists to maintain consistency and accuracy.
* Provide tenant support for general enquiries and rent-related questions, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
* Support with tenancy application processing.
* Manage incoming tenant phone calls and office walk-ins, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* While not directly responsible for maintenance, assist tenants by guiding them on how to submit requests and provide support when required.
* Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated Tenant Services team, delivering exceptional service and support to both tenants and the wider Property Management team.
The Criteria
* Minimum of one-year previous experience in property management.
* Current PM Registration and driver's license
* Strong admin and customer service
* Excellent time management and care factor
