**Hotel Frontline Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our hotel team in a pivotal role as Frontline Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, ensuring seamless guest services and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Conduct thorough audits of daily revenue and postings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing adjustments as needed.

- Maintain accurate records and reports for finance and management, streamlining processes for efficient decision-making.

- Provide exceptional guest service, including check-in/check-out, request handling, and offering expert advice on hotel facilities and amenities.

- Ensure cashiering is precise, settling guest accounts with attention to detail and maintaining a high level of accuracy.

- Uphold strict security protocols to safeguard guest confidentiality and ensure their safety at all times.

- Adhere to the hotel's standards of professionalism, embodying the values of excellence and customer-centricity.

- Demonstrate analytical skills and a keen eye for detail, making informed decisions that drive business success.

- Collaborate closely with the Front Office Manager and General Manager to implement check-and-balance procedures, driving continuous improvement.

- Assist with food and beverage service in the hotel's restaurant and bar, providing support when needed.

Requirements:**

- Possess a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, adapting quickly to fast-paced environments.

- Demonstrate agility and resourcefulness in navigating change, providing innovative solutions to complex problems.

- Exhibit clear, confident communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and information to various stakeholders.

- Show attention to detail and a knack for numbers, ensuring accurate financial records and reports.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Opera, leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

- Hold RSA and First Aid Certificates or be willing to obtain them prior to commencing employment.
