This role requires someone who is adaptable, patient, creative in their approach to learning, and confident in building strong relationships with students, colleagues, families, and external service providers. Essential skills include effective teamwork, a solid understanding of the Australian Curriculum, and excellent communication. While not mandatory, experience working with students with disabilities and knowledge of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) would be highly regarded.
