Our Business Development team plays a critical role in bringing these campaigns to life — generating event registrations, engaging senior decision-makers, and booking qualified sales meetings that help our clients grow.
Role
Hybrid: 3 days in the Sydney office and 2 days working from home.
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you'll be the engine behind our client's event campaigns. You'll work across a range of event campaigns, helping to generate event registrations through a mix of outreach channels — including phone, LinkedIn, and email. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in B2B sales and marketing. What you'll be doing
Driving registrations for client events (webinars, roundtables, in-person experiences) through outbound outreach
Building targeting lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on client ICPs (ideal customer profiles)
Engaging with senior decision-makers across enterprise businesses
Ensuring high-quality event attendance
Attending selected events to support client teams and deepen your understanding of the industry
Collaborating with internal teams to align outreach with campaign messaging and overall strategy
Providing regular updates and reporting to clients on outreach progress and lead quality
Learning and applying best practices in phone outreach, lead generation and sales development
Keeping CRM systems meticulously updated with prospect interactions and outcomes
What we're looking for
6–24 months' experience in a professional environment (sales, marketing, customer service or similar)
A strong communicator who's confident speaking to people at all levels
Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn
Resilient and target-driven – you enjoy a challenge and want to succeed
Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
A genuine interest in marketing, sales, and the tech industry
Previous experience in a sales role is a bonus, but not essential
