We invite you to join our Network Delivery Office (NDO) team, where we ensure effective portfolio delivery and performance across the Networks division.
We are seeking a motivated Portfolio Analyst to provide governance, financial administration, reporting and insight support. The role will support AD Capex and Reporting lead, portfolio business partners, project leaders and project teams.
Day to day responsibilities
* Develop status and compliance reports for executive forums.
* Manage Capex Steering Committee submissions and funding processes – including developing PowerPoint packs, minutes, actions, releasing funding.
* Analyse financial and project performance status indicators and provide insights.
* Develop financial tooling and reporting using SAP, Excel, ServiceNow and Jira.
* Support monthly forecasting and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) phasing.
* Conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
* Maintain knowledge repositories and promote digital tools.
Why you are the right fit
* Strong attention to detail, including financial and business acumen.
* Minimum 2 years working in a PMO or project environment – particularly across financial management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Intermediate/ high Excel required.
* Proficiency with project management tools (Clarity, ServiceNow, MS Project, SharePoint, Teams, JIRA, PowerPlatform) helpful.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Higher education in accounting, business, IT, engineering, Project Management or a related field is a bonus.
