Registered Nurse
We are seeking a compassionate and flexible Registered Nurse to join our team at our Southhaven Care Home in Padstow Heights, NSW. The role involves working on Monday and Tuesday night duty shifts (21:30-07:00). If you are a registered nurse looking to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in meeting the daily needs of our residents and delivering high-quality person-centered care. You will be responsible for the total care of the resident, including physical, emotional wellbeing, and safety.
You will have autonomy and support from the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams. In addition, you will act as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management, providing leadership to others, and promoting a harmonious team environment aligned with our values.

About You
* You must be able to think on your feet and communicate effectively with residents and co-workers alike.
* You do not need experience in the aged care sector, but you must be aligned with our philosophy and values, have strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident wellbeing.
* You should thrive in variety and diversity in clinical care settings and commit to following compliant practices for the elderly.
* A Bachelor of Nursing degree is required, along with AHPRA Registration with no restrictions.
* You must be a positive team colleague who shows initiative and delivers quality work.
* A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain one) is also required.
* You should enjoy working with other nursing, personal care, workers, lifestyle, and hotel services to create the best place to work for everyone's happiness and safety.
