Due to expansion, our high-performing and highly team-oriented property company is hiring an additional "Property Manager" to join our energetic and ultra-friendly team focused on client services, closely-knit teamwork and passionate support for our team members.
You will have the opportunity to work with property management and property professionals who are highly experienced, driven and focused on achieving results together.
Full training will be provided if you do not have any property experience. Salary commensurates with experience.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Act as a contact person for property owners, tenants, and trades.
* Assist with a variety of inspections, viewings, and routine inspections.
* Manage marketing and advertising campaigns for rentals.
* Provide maintenance support to clients and tenants.
* Perform other property management related tasks.

The person should be:
