ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Are you a problem-solver who thrives on delivering outstanding service?
Join Neverfail's busy Eastern Creek Distribution Centre as a Customer Service Coordinator, where your hands-on support will directly impact our customers' satisfaction and operational success.
In this dynamic, site-based role, you'll provide responsive service across multiple channels — phone, live chat, email, and face-to-face interactions at our service desk.
Your day will be fast-paced and varied, moving between the warehouse, dispatch, and customer service areas to ensure smooth operations and happy customers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone, live chat, email, and in-person.
Resolve delivery and service issues with empathy and efficiency, collaborating closely with logistics and dispatch teams.
Provide real-time updates on deliveries, manage exceptions, and coordinate timely solutions.
Support walk-in customers with collections, cooler swaps, and equipment returns, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Maintain compliance with site safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.
Assist with operational tasks such as stock verification and cooler handling during customer collections.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous service improvements.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU
Proven customer service experience, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to diverse customer needs.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy with experience using systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Teams, and others.
Ability to navigate multiple systems to update and retrieve accurate customer and delivery information.
Committed to site safety and operational compliance.
