Assistant Marketing Manager - Development
1. Support the Senior Marketing Manager in product, menu and value development projects
2. End-to-end management of development trials
3. Manage relationship and projects with external research agency
4. Manage internal survey activity and analysis in support of development projects
5. Manage data requests and analytics in support the development process and national activity
6. Administration tasks and general marketing team support
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in product, menu and value development projects
- Support development projects through insights, development & trial
- Support in delivery of other projects tasked to the development team as required
- Support in product pipeline planning, implementation, and budgeting
End-to-end management of development trials
- Manage requirements and relationships to establish product trials
- Management and development of communications and Point of Purchase materials in support of trial
- Work cross functionally to ensure all inputs required from departments are delivered to support trial launch
- Assist in day-to-day management and in-test requirements for trial
- Manage surveys and feedback for trials
- Provide analytics and insight support for market trial post analysis
- Management and development of development of project business cases
Manage relationship and projects with external research agency
- Support Senior Marketing Manager in managing research projects
- Manage the brief to research agency for development research projects
- Support review of questionnaire design with agency to meet project objectives
- Manage research budget, proposals and approvals
- Help manage timelines and deliverables for key research projects
Manage internal survey activity and analysis in support of development projects
- Survey design for internal surveys to meet project insight objectives
- Publishing of surveys online or as required via SurveyMonkey or similar
- Post survey review, analysis and presentation of learnings
Manage data requests and analytics in support the development process and national activity
- Analytics reporting and analysis in support of development projects and national initiatives
Administration tasks and general marketing team support
- Manage minutes for key product/project meeting as required
- Manage department budget tracking
- Contribute to presentations for any required meetings
- Other ad hoc admin duties as required by development team members
**Skills and Abilities Required**:
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

- Experience in Research Methodology
Degree qualified in Marketing or Business or similar
3-5 years industry experience (desirable)
