Job Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our mental health service delivery team as a Clinical Care Coordinator.
This role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care to adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.
* To achieve better health outcomes, the successful candidate will conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, and provide brief psychological intervention.
About the Role:
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people, advocate on their behalf, and establish effective relationships with staff, clients, families, and friends.
The ideal candidate will have one of the following qualifications: Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist, or AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker.
The selected candidate must be flexible to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. They will also need to have knowledge and understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice in mental health and alcohol and drug use.
A highly developed ability to use electronic client/customer management systems, desktop computers, and Microsoft Office applications is essential for this role. The successful candidate must also be eligible to apply/currently hold a Working With Children Check and willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance.
