ManpowerGroup Talent solutions is seeking a Technical Recruiter. This is a12-month fixed term contract that requires an onsite presence 3 days a week in Brisbane with occasional travel to other client sites and events. In this role you will be recruiting for Engineering and technical roles in the Defence sector such as System Engineers, Avionics Engineers, corporate (HR/ finance), etc. Candidates with agency background and strong customer service and stakeholder management skills typically do well in this role.
Required
* :3-5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience; Strong engineering/technical recruiting experience; Defence sector is preferred but strong engineering recruitment experience is acceptable
* .This role requires Australian Citizenship due to Defence security clearance requirements
* .You must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline and NV1 security clearance
