About The Role
The Aqua Jetty in Warnbro is one of the City's aquatic and health facilities and we are committed to providing excellent customer service to all patrons during every visit. The centre offers a range of programs and facilities for the whole community and is open 7 days a week.
As a Café Attendant, you will provide high levels of service to the patrons of the City's sports and leisure facilities. If you are a team player with great people skills, strong time management and food preparation skills to match, we want to hear from you
This role is perfect for you if you have experience working in a café environment involving food and beverage preparation and enjoy working with a diverse range of people. You have sound interpersonal and communication skills, cash handling and customer service experience.
It Is Essential That You Possess The Following
* Current Food Handling Certificate
* Current Provide First Aid Certificate
It Will Be Highly Regarded If You Possess
* Coffee making experience, or barista certificate
To be considered for this role, you must address the following selection criteria as part of your online application:
* Experience in a café environment involving food preparation
* Sound communication and interpersonal skills
* Competency in safe food handling practices and application of these at all times
Aqua Jetty
operates seven days per week, from 5.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday and 6.30am to 7.00pm Saturday and Sunday. All shifts will fall within these hours of operation and applicants must be flexible and available to work in line with the facilities opening hours.
What We Offer
The hourly rate for this position is as follows:
$26.65 plus superannuation
