About the Role
As the Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, clinical supervision, and mentoring of the care staff. You will be the clinical lead to ensure delivery of quality clinical and person-first care for our residents .
This role is working in a newly refurbished facility and there is an opportunity for handover.
Skills and Abilities:
o Minimum 3 years experience as a Clinical Care Manager in Aged Care
o Working knowledge of the aged care standards and aged care regulatory requirements
o Superior communication skills both written and verbal
o Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference in the lives of our residents
o Understand and apply quality standards of service delivery
o Requirement of vaccinations relevant to the Aged Care industry as well as a current Registration to Work with Vulnerable People and satisfactory National Police Check
o Current AHPRA Registration as a RN
Duties and Responsibilities:
o Oversee the day-to-day on-site operations of the care team staff including RN’s, EN’s, PCA’s and other care staff
o Provide clinical oversight to residents across the facility and ensure a high level of quality care for all residents
o Ensure appropriate care and services are provided to all residents in accordance with the Aged Care Standards
