With multiple projects valued above $80M underway and a strong pipeline ahead, this is a rare opportunity to step into a senior site role with a respected national contractor.
Your new role
You will play a key role in the delivery of large‑scale Design & Construct (D&C) projects, overseeing day‑to‑day site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You'll work closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, subcontractors, and consultants across both structural and fitout stages. Duties will include:
* Supervise daily site activities across major commercial, government, and residential projects
* Coordinate subcontractors and manage short‑term programming
* Maintain strict WHS compliance and ensure a safe, well‑run site
* Oversee structural works, services coordination, and internal fitout delivery
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily reporting
* Monitor quality, progress, and adherence to project specifications
* Work collaboratively with the broader project team to drive program outcomes
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large‑scale D&C projects
* Experience delivering projects $20M+
* Strong understanding of both structural and fitout construction methodologies
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain tight project sequencing
* Strong commitment to safety, quality, and professional site management
