About the Role
Role suitable for an experienced Internal Sales Representative or Account Manager who is results-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Managing customer enquiries across phone, email, website, social media and walk-ins.
* Maintaining and nurturing long-lasting relationships with both existing and new customers on-site, and at occasional trade shows and industry events.
* Coordinating with the workshop team and occasionally transferring products on a forklift to ensure timely product assembly and delivery.
* Completing final quality checks to ensure service delivery.
* Processing invoicing, payments and all sales related documentation.
* Supporting marketing and promotional activities via social media.
* Maintaining sales materials and completing general administration tasks.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an internal sales, account manager or marketing role in the manufacturing, construction or building tools industry.
* Exceptional communication skills and strong relationship building skills.
* Possesses mechanical aptitude and proficiency with related equipment (example: forklift).
* Forklift experience highly desirable.
* Must be available to work full time in the office.
