West HQ is seeking vibrant, passionate, and customer-focused Bartenders to join the team at Eat St Bar, a stylish and high-energy cocktail destination known for creative drinks, premium spirits, and exceptional guest experiences.

Eat St Bar is West HQ's signature cocktail bar, specialising in handcrafted cocktails, premium spirits, beer, and wine, all served in a lively and welcoming atmosphere. From pre-dinner drinks to late-night cocktails, Eat St Bar is a vibrant destination where quality beverages, great music, and exceptional hospitality come together.
About the role:
As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences through high-quality beverage service and engaging customer interaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
* Delivering friendly and engaging bar service to guests
* Recommending cocktails and providing product knowledge
* Operating POS systems and processing payments accurately
* Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the bar area
* Ensuring responsible service of alcohol (RSA compliance at all times)
* Assisting with stock handling and bar preparation
Our Perfect Fit:
* Passionate about cocktails, hospitality, and customer service
* Experienced in bar service (preferred but not essential)
* Confident, outgoing, and energetic
* Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
* Holds a valid RSA certificate (or willing to obtain one)
