Role Overview
This role involves hands-on induction training for new Coach Captains. We are seeking a motivated individual to supervise, assess and review Coach Captains. The successful candidate will monitor, coach and support drivers to improve performance. They will instruct new Coach Captain's in route and passenger vehicle operations, address performance concerns with Coach Captains where appropriate, assist and support Coach Captains & Operations Supervisor when needed, cover driving shifts when required, ensure all Coach Captains adhere to safe work and driving practices, comply with road rules, operational processes including pre-starts checks, ticketing, incident reporting, and passenger manifest and freight consignment procedures.
About You:
 * You must be a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about relationship building, training, teaching and living by our core values.
 * A current HR driver licence is essential. A current Drivers Authority / Endorsement (or ability to obtain) is also required. Demonstrable best practice coach driving experience is necessary. An outstanding safety focus, including commitment to your own fitness for duty, is essential. Experience delivering excellent customer service is a must. Strong time management skills are required. Ability to fixably work weekends and overnight shifts when required.
