Job Description
The successful candidate will be pivotal in strengthening customer relationships in Australia's largest cotton and broadacre farming area. You will provide agronomic and technical support, alongside product sales both in-store and on-farm.
You will work with diverse crops including cotton, sorghum, wheat, barley, chickpeas, and faba beans. Collaboration with seasoned professionals and innovative producers is essential to enhance farm productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
Foster existing and new client relationships by understanding and aligning with business goals. Organize field days and farmer meetings to stay aligned with the latest in plant production practices.
This role requires strong knowledge in agronomic practices, experience in providing impactful agronomic advice, and a track record in sales with fertiliser, seed, and chemical products.
