About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a minimum of 5 years of experience as an agronomist
* Can monitor, identify, diagnose, and recommend suitable weed, pest, disease, and nutrition management strategies
* Has strong organisational and time-management skills
* Can form trusting client relationships
* Is an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
The Responsibilities
As an Agronomist, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert agronomic advice to our broadacre farming clients
* Ensuring timely and excellent delivery of our service cycle
* Collaborating with our seasoned team of advisors
* Engaging with the farming community through discussion groups, crop walks, and industry events
* Developing comprehensive weed control strategies and formulating tailored nutrition and fertiliser plans
* Promoting operational efficiencies and implementing best practices for soil health and weed control management
* Assisting clients with crop rotation planning and variety selection
* Collecting and analysing paddock data to inform our agronomic advice and recommendations
