What We're Looking For: We're on the hunt for a casual barista who is not just looking for a job, but a place to grow and thrive. If you have a passion for specialty coffee, a knack for multitasking, and love building meaningful connections with customers, you could be the perfect fit for our team
Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week and two opening or closing weekday shifts (6:15am - 11:45am OR 11am - 4pm)
Key Responsibilities:
* Craft and serve high-quality coffee beverages and specialty drinks with precision and care.
* Manage daily coffee dial in, including espresso, cold brew and filter.
* Work closely with the owner and operations manager to streamline coffee operations and processes.
* Multitask like a pro during busy periods, ensuring all customers receive prompt and friendly service.
* Maintain cleanliness and proper product storage using knowledge of food health and safety standards.
* Build genuine relationships with our customers and create a welcoming atmosphere in the cafe.
* Take initiative and be responsible for opening and closing the store – you're the key to making each day at Hap special.

Requirements:
* Previous barista experience in a high volume, fast-paced hospitality environment working with specialty coffee.
* Comprehensive specialty coffee knowledge and proficiency in dialling in and troubleshooting.
* Ability to work solo & with others on the machine and manage +6kg per day
* Genuine passion for building strong relationships with team and customers.
* Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
* Willingness to take on responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.
