The Day-to-Day
Learn to deliver top-notch environmental monitoring services.
Assist with installing, servicing, and maintaining automatic monitoring stations.
Collect and check environmental data using specialist software.
Keep accurate field records and observations.
Help measure water flow in rivers, creeks, and drains.
Take part in manual sampling of surface water and groundwater.
Travel to remote areas of Queensland for short weekday trips—see the country while you work!
What We're Looking For
Curious about environmental monitoring, water science, or hydrography.
Studying or recently finished a qualification in environmental science, water resources, or similar (desirable, not essential).
Organised with a keen eye for detail.
Happy to work outdoors in different weather conditions.
Team player who's ready to learn from experienced mentors.
Manual driver's licence (4WD experience is a bonus).
Comfortable in the water (swimming required).
Eligible to enrol in the Diploma of Water Operations (Hydrography).
