At Adbri, support safety and wellbeing across Concrete, Cement, Aggregates, and Masonry sectors in a hands-on Health and Safety Graduate role.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct site audits, investigations, and risk assessments
- Participate in key projects to strengthen safety culture
- Visit operational sites regularly to support frontline teams
- Build technical understanding of WHS legislation, systems, and culture change practices
- Partner with site leaders to improve safety performance
- Identify risks and implement safety solutions
- Work closely with the national Health and Safety team
About You
The company is looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Health and Safety
- Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
- Confidence to build relationships at all levels
- Motivation to learn and commitment to making a difference
- Previous exposure to high-risk industries (construction, mining, manufacturing) is highly regarded but not essential
- Current driver’s licence
- Basic proficiency in office systems
- White Card is helpful but not required immediately; support provided to obtain one if needed
- Final year students or graduates within the last 18 months are eligible
