As the Supervisor of VIC Operations, your responsibilities include: Conducting daily toolbox meetingsCoordinating staff to ensure timely delivery and collection of local freightPlanning and organizing the loading/unloading of linehaul trucksLiaising with customers regarding bookings and queriesPromoting a safety culture, including fatigue management Qualifications and Skills: Operational experience in related industries such as aviation, transport, rail, or miningValid HC and forklift licenses (or in the process of obtaining)Clean driving record with at least 2 years of driving experienceCommitment to workplace safetyExperience leading shiftsAbility to work under pressure and stay calmCustomer-focused attitudeHigh personal presentation and professional behaviorFlexibility to work a 7-day rotating shift rosterAbility to obtain ASIC security clearance, pass medical and drug tests Why Join Qantas?
