Job Summary
This role involves leading financial functions within an FMCG plant environment. The successful candidate will possess a strong finance background and experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the budget process to ensure effective planning and decision-making.
* Compile budgets and forecasts to provide accurate financial projections.
* Manage cash flow to optimize working capital and minimize financial risks.
* Develop and implement financial and management reports to inform business decisions.
* Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve financial goals.
* Oversee treasury management to ensure efficient cash handling and minimize financial exposure.
* Contribute to business risk and control management by identifying and mitigating potential financial threats.
* Maintain compliance with financial and administrative regulations to avoid non-compliance issues.
Requirements
* Grade 12 plus Financial Degree or equivalent qualification.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within an FMCG plant environment.
