Gwydir Law is a thriving general practice firm located in the picturesque township of Inverell, in the north-west region of NSW. We specialise in Criminal Law, Family Law, Wills & Estates and Conveyancing. Our small, close-knit team consists of an office manager, two solicitors, a graduate soon to be admitted, and two other support staff. We are dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to our local community and fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
The Role
We Are Seeking a Solicitor With a Focus On Family Law, Particularly In Children's And Property Matters. The Successful Candidate Will Also Have The Opportunity To Work Across Other General Practice Areas, Including
* Conveyancing
* Estates and estate planning
* Criminal law
About You
To be an ideal candidate for this role, you will have:
* At least 12 months PAE, with a preference for 2-3 years of experience
* Proven experience in Family Law, including children's and property matters
* Strong client engagement skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment
* Excellent communication, drafting, and organisational skills
* A commitment to providing exceptional service to clients
