You will partner with stakeholders across multiple Lines of Service and business units to shape and continuously improve the Salesforce experience. As a Salesforce Enablement and Support Senior Associate, you'll play a vital role in demonstrating how the platform can be used as a leading CRM system, working with stakeholders across training, release management, user story extraction, and data management.

What you'll do:
* Drive Salesforce adoption across the business using your knowledge of Salesforce CRM as part of the Salesforce Enablement and Support team.
* Deliver Salesforce learning experiences, including training for user groups like Executive Assistants, Partners, and Account Managers.
* Maintain knowledge repositories of Salesforce guidance and materials in SharePoint, building dynamic elements to enhance content.
* Participate in Salesforce release management to maintain product knowledge and update guidance documentation appropriately.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to actively extract user stories and contribute enhancement requests, aligning Salesforce with broader firm initiatives.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment; Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential required.
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SQL and Advanced Excel is a strong plus.
* Demonstrated project management capability with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple concurrent initiatives, manage stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance for internal stakeholders at all levels. You are a pragmatic, solutions-focused problem solver who enables the business and drives measurable outcomes.
* Proficiency in building reports and dashboards and performing data analysis to generate actionable insights, align metrics to business priorities, and support decision-making.
