In the role of Senior Agribusiness Manager, you'll join a passionate team that puts customers at the center of everything we do.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team. If you love Agribusiness, are customer-obsessed, and want to be part of a successful team of Agribusiness Managers, then this role is perfect for you.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

* Proactively manage Agribusiness relationships, providing integrated solutions and full portfolio management through growth of existing customers, acquisition of new customers, and expense management.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of premium businesses, offering opportunities to handle complex enterprises and professional relationships.
* Utilize your business development and relationship management skills to provide financial advisory, fully integrated financial solutions, and risk management for customers.
* Ensure success by understanding our clients' unique businesses, communicating effectively, making timely decisions, leveraging your commercial acumen, and driving innovation and continuous improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

* Experience with Agribusiness, deal structuring, and credit assessment of large, complex transactions.
* Drive, tenacity, and a passion for relationship management.
* Exceptional financial and relationship management skills.
* A proven track record in sales and growth, with a passion for business development.
* Proficiency in business and commercial practices, along with business banking products and services.
* Problem-solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
* Ability to maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio.
