Seeking a skilled professional to fill the Receptionist Administrator role.


About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to manage the reception area of a dynamic organization.

* Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers, ensuring timely distribution and security.
* Maintain boardroom and meeting rooms facilities, coordinating room bookings and arrangements.
* Conduct office inductions/orientations for new employees and contractors, providing a seamless onboarding experience.
* Book company events, social functions, and corporate travel as required.
* Complete clerical duties to a high standard, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Coordinate weekly management meetings via Microsoft Teams, compiling and distributing minutes efficiently.

* Proficient computer literacy skills, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
