Job Description
As Night Auditor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless overnight experience while delivering a 5-star service to our valued guests. As the first and last point of contact, you'll set the standard for excellence by offering warm, genuine, and attentive hospitality throughout their stay.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments, and generating daily reports in close collaboration with the Night Manager.
* Providing exceptional customer service during guest check-ins/check-outs and assisting with any inquiries at the Front Desk.
* Ensuring effective communication during handovers at the start and end of each shift, keeping everyone in the loop.
* Proactively managing guest requests and collaborating with various departments to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

* Strong computer proficiency, with experience in Opera Cloud preferred.
