Job Description SummaryThe CT Applications Specialist is responsible for providing post-sale CT installation, training and customer service activities and support, including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support.
The CT Applications Specialist is also responsible for formal technical and clinical support during the sales process for the CT business.

Include (but not limited to):Sales, Demonstration, and InstallationProvide technical and clinical support during the sales process of CT.Provide application support to sales teams and assist in creation of selling toolsDemonstrate the full range of product features, including potential application, product capabilities and benefits to customers, aligned to the problems uncovered in the discovery phase, anchoring GE technology to solve the customer problem/s Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers on software, application and/or equipment useMonitor customer installations within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationshipsManage clinical handover and complete installations check off with the customer Provide a plan for follow-up and additional installation training, as needed Manage and improve clinical customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education on optimization of equipment utilization by customerCollate and contribute to the image library for tenders, demonstrations, and customer presentationsMarketing & KOL development Work with the modality/segment/clinical leader to develop and sustain Reference Sites/ Luminary collaborations, building Key opinion leaders' network in ANZAssist with Product and Commercial Marketing/Segments to integrate product roadmap requirementsUse market and product knowledge to aid sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategiesCustomer SatisfactionProvide clinical, technical, and professional guidance as necessary to improve the customer experienceWork with Sales & Product Leaders to align applications activities with sales & customer needs, to meet business objectivesProduce well-written post-demo/training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needsShare product enhancement ideas with the local channels to inform the make centre via CSO processRaise product CSO from the field with urgency, provide feedback to SVC/Product teams to expedite fixFollow customer CSO to fix, communicating with the customer, collaborating with AM, PSS, SVC teams throughout a caseCustomer StrategyCommunicate with local Applications Specialists and Account Managers to ensure all customer and business needs are metEnergize team and maintain adherence of field processesKeep abreast and report on competitor informationTraining & EducationCollect, analyse, and communicate appropriate customer training, and competitive informationProvide a full education and training programme for customers, CA/dealers, and internal GE personnelSupport trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and customer trainingFacilitate team communication and the sharing of best practicesReport constructive feedback to wider team on new product introductionsWork closely with modality/clinical/applications leader and Segment Lead to drive the businessWork with Modality/Segment/Clinical lead and Applications lead in developing clinical education offerings to the ANZ marketCollaborate with the broader AKA applications leaders in developing regionalised education programsQualifications/RequirementsA suitably qualified clinical or technical professional in Diagnostic Radiography/Medical Radiation scienceDemonstrated clinical scanning proficiency on current products/platformsMinimum 3 years of relevant CT clinical/technical experience, previous experience on GE CT Platforms preferred but not essentialWillingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwideA clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills.Exceptional communication and well-developed interpersonal skills will allow you to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on the bigger picture.Ability to work in a team environment.Proficiency in EnglishProficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite productsDesired CharacteristicsAbility to effectively communicate, verbally
