Your new role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you'll report to the Maintenance Superintendent and lead a small crew to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical maintenance across site. This hands-on leadership role will see you ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maximising equipment availability, and driving continuous improvement while mentoring and coaching your team.

* 8:6 roster
* Full-time permanent position
What you'll need to succeed
* Trade-qualified HV Electrician with statutory supervisor competency
* HV Switching ticket
* Strong knowledge of Australian standards and statutory compliance
* Proven experience in gas power plants and turbines
* Senior First Aid (including LVR & CPR)
* Ability to lead a safe, productive, and cost-effective workforce
* Experience with fault-finding gas turbines, control valves, PLC and DCS systems
* Current Driver's Licence
