Role Overview
As an Engineering Assurance and Training Officer, you will bridge the gap between engineering and training by ensuring all system changes are captured in training materials. You will deliver gap analysis reports, manage learning integration packs, and facilitate engagement between key stakeholders. This role is essential for maintaining compliance and alignment with approved configuration baselines and supporting continuous improvement in engineering assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver Engineering-to-Training Gap Analysis Reports covering software, application, and configuration updates.
* Provide Learning Management Integration Packs ensuring all system changes are captured in training materials.
* Facilitate engagement artefacts between Capability Manager Representatives, JDTC, and workforce.
* Deliver quarterly Training Compliance Summaries confirming alignment with approved configuration baselines.
* Support continuous improvement in engineering assurance and compliance processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training materials meet highly secure environment standards.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for assurance and training activities.
Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in engineering assurance and training integration.
* Holds (or is eligible to obtain) an NV2 security clearance
* Ability to analyze gaps and develop actionable reports.
* Familiarity with learning management systems and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Knowledge of highly secure environments.
* Ability to work effectively in a structured governance framework.
