Job Description
The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to parents, students, and staff across Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12.
* Liaise with parents and caregivers by providing accurate information, responding to inquiries, and directing them to appropriate College staff or resources in a courteous and timely manner.
* Process and assist with student absences inclusive of pre-recording event-related College attendance and absences.
* Communicate with parents and caregivers to accurately resolve student absences.
* Assist with student late arrivals and early departures ensuring adherence to College duty of care requirements.
* Provide relevant summary reports on student attendance to support College operations and requirements.
* Interact with staff, students, and families in a professional and pastoral manner.
