Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies. Facilitate employee training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities. Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist in the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
