About the RoleUpper Coomera State College (UCSC) enables this with a structure of two Heads of School (one in Primary and one in Secondary) and a College Executive Principal. Not only are you seen as the Head of the Secondary School, you also contribute to the strategic work of the P-12 advantage. This experience will provide you the necessary skills to broaden your future leadership opportunities.
