Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers, actively engaging with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes, and providing participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
* Actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employers
* Clearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready
* Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve
* Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
* Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
* Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essential
