Role Description
This is a full‐time, on‐site role for a Sales Support Engineer located in Keysborough, VIC. The role involves providing technical sales qualifications, proposal preparation, assisting in sales operations, and working closely with customers to ensure excellent service and solutions. Key responsibilities include supporting pre‐sales activities, answering technical inquiries, preparing proposals and quotation follow‐up, preparing order fulfilment documentation, and contributing to the optimisation of sales processes. The role requires proactive communication and technical expertise to address customer needs effectively and translate that to technical R&D team for product development.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
* Proficiency in Chemical/Process/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering and understanding of analytical and industrial measurement instrumentation.
* Excellent Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Experience in Sales Operations, including preparing proposals, supporting sales strategies, and assisting with CRM.
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and deliver service excellence.
* Knowledge of gas and moisture analysis, industrial systems, or sustainability practices is a plus.
* Willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic and innovative environment.
