Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished professional to support the sale of our globally manufactured items to our APAC customer base.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and executing telephone sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively manage orders including quoting, bookings, back orders, data entry and managing leads
* Provide customer service by answering customer queries, processing their sales in a timely fashion, and answering queries promptly and accurately
* Executing telephone sales
* Manage and process claims assessments and Return of Material Authorization (RMA)
* Support Managers with sales and administrative activities
* Drive transactional sales
* Implement direct marketing activities as instructed by Business Development Managers
* Oversee delivery and troubleshooting of products
* Build ongoing relationships with existing customers
* Undertaking administrative tasks
* Assist with inventory functions, stock control and inventory management.
Requirements
* 2 years of experience within a similar role
* Focussed on delivering excellent customer service
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise objectives and responsibilities
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Previous experience in using Oracle desirable
* Experience working in a customer service or customer facing role in a relevant industry
* Sound planning and organisational skills
* A team-focused attitude
* Excellent analytical skills, Technically savvy
