Position Descriptor:
Williamstown Primary and School Based Preschool, nestled between the Barossa and Adelaide Hills and just 15 minutes from Gawler, is seeking passionate and skilled R-6 teachers to join our dynamic learning community, committed to inclusion, wellbeing, and collaboration.
Two exciting opportunities are available for 2026:
* 0.6 FTE Reception/Year 1 Teacher (Term 1)
* 1.0 FTE Year 5/6 Teacher (Terms 1-4)
Successful applicants will work confidently with our school's routines, processes, and explicit teaching model, with a strong commitment to the Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) model for intervention. You will demonstrate the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues and foster a culture of high expectations for both learning and behaviour.
A commitment to data-informed practice is essential. Experience with, or willingness to engage in, Brightpath and DIBELS is highly regarded, as is familiarity with the Berry Street Education Model.
We use the DfE Spelling and Morphology program to support the teaching of spelling. Our school maintains a strong focus on integrating technology to improve student learning.
