SAP Business Analyst - SAP SCM
My client, a market leader in their industry, is undergoing a significant enterprise-wide SAP transformation and is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive the analysis and design of end-to-end processes within SAP SCM. This is a high-impact role requiring deep functional knowledge of SAP and a strong grasp of business process optimisation, stakeholder engagement, and systems delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Engage with business units to capture and document technical and some functional requirements across SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
2. Lead process mapping and gap analysis for system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality
3. Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and work closely with Solution Architects and Developers to design scalable SAP solutions
4. Conduct impact analysis and support testing, change management, and deployment activities
5. Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and agile ceremonies to support continuous delivery
6. Work with external vendors and internal technical teams to ensure solution integrity and alignment with architectural standards
What You Bring:
7. 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst working in SAP environments (preferably S/4HANA)
8. Deep functional knowledge of SAP modules, including: SCM, SD, MM, WM/EWM
9. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery within supply chain or logistics-heavy industries
10. Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and business analysis frameworks (e.g. BABOK)
11. Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and documentation skills (e.g. process flows, use cases, functional specs)
12. Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Excel, SharePoint, and JIRA or similar platforms
13. Bonus: Experience in wholesale, e-commerce, or systems integration projects
