Facilities Operations Leader
Deliver high-quality maintenance and operations services at a large NSW government site. Manage site-based FM operations, contractors, compliance, and stakeholder relationships to ensure all services meet contractual and safety requirements.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Aldavilla, NSW. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, collaborative facilities professional with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
* Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across the correctional site
* Manage CMMS, ensure compliance with KPIs and WHS standards
* Lead subcontractor performance and ensure safety and documentation compliance
* Coordinate maintenance, service contracts, and emergency call-out systems
* Support reporting, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Strong background in facilities management, ideally in government or secure environments
* Proven experience using CMMS and managing service contractors
* Excellent communication, financial acumen, and client-facing skills
* Working knowledge of WHS, QA, and environmental compliance
