Join Our Team at Savie Academy – We're Hiring Educational Consultant
Employment Type: Contractor (Part-Time or Full-Time)
About Savie Academy
We are living through a revolution in language education. At Savie Academy, we didn't just notice it — we built around it. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Auckland, New Zealand, with a vibrant campus in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Savie Academy has become the benchmark for French as a Foreign Language (FLE) education in the Southern Hemisphere. Our faculty are French educators, our curricula span preschool through to university-level and adult learners, and our digital platform connects students across New Zealand, Australia, China, England, and Canada.
As we establish our footprint in Oceania, we are doing so with the same conviction that has driven our growth from day one: that the most powerful combination in modern education is a world-class language curriculum, a human-centred approach, and the intelligent use of AI-driven tools. This isn't just a job post. It's an invitation to be part of that next chapter.
"Savoir vivre sa vie" — to know how to live one's life. This is not just our name. It is our philosophy, our promise to every educator and family we serve.
Your Role
You are the living connection between Savie's world‐class French curricula and the families of Queensland. You are part consultant, part coordinator, part brand ambassador — and entirely essential.
* Review your CRM pipeline and follow up with families who expressed interest in our French programmes for their children.
* Personalise outreach messages and draft study plans tailored to individual learner profiles.
* Coordinate class schedules, trial bookings, and curriculum recommendations with our Oceania teaching team.
* Consult with parents (in Mandarin, English, or French) about learning pathways, holiday programmes, and the national exams preparation track.
* Update student records, attendance data, and progress notes with precision and care.
* Support our social media presence on platforms like WeChat, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (Rednote)— amplifying the Savie story to Singapore's education‐conscious families.
* Collaborate with our Oceania HQ on new programme rollouts, campaign planning, and market feedback.
What Makes This Role Unique
You are not a telemarketer reading a script. You are a consultative educator‐advisor who earns the trust of families through knowledge, empathy, and follow‐through. We call this approach consultative selling — and it is the only approach we believe in.
Qualifications
* Professional proficiency in English.
* 2–3 years of experience in education (teaching, tutoring, administration, or curriculum support).
* Consultative seller: you listen before you pitch, understand before you recommend.
* Remote‐ready: self‐directed, reliable, and adept at collaborating across time zones with a team in Australia and New Zealand.
Highly Valued
* Familiarity with the French education system, French national or international curricula.
* Experience with social media management.
* Background in international education, study‐abroad consulting, or premium tutoring agencies.
* Personal passion for French language, culture, and the art de vivre.
* Additional language proficiency (French, Mandarin, or other languages) is a genuine advantage.
What We Offer
Hours: Full‐Time or Part‐Time — designed to fit your rhythm while aligning with our teams in Oceania.
Compensation: Competitive contractor rates reflecting your trilingual expertise and education background.
* Access to Savie's innovative online teaching platform and a rich digital library of French literary resources.
* Professional travel opportunities to visit our New Zealand and Australia campuses through academic programmes.
* A genuinely supportive, multicultural team that believes in work‐life balance — not as a perk, but as a principle.
* Real career growth in the fast‐expanding Asia‐Pacific region of a distinguished institution.
* Ongoing training, access to the latest AI‐augmented educational tools, and a front‐row seat to the future of language learning.
