What You’ll Do

* Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
* Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients
* Monitor quality, progress, and compliance with regulations
* Run daily site meetings and keep senior management updated

What We’re Looking For
* Proven Site Manager experience in commercial or institutional construction
* Strong knowledge of site safety, compliance, and project delivery
* Strong Programming skills
* Experience in finishes, managing subcontractors and on‑site teams
* A practical, hands‑on approach with a collaborative mindset
