Location: Port Augusta, South Australia.
Status: Full Time working 38 hours per week
Annual Salary: from $110,103 to $114,983 per annum based on full time
You will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Regional Manager with the general running of the regional office
* Providing operational line management and professional supervision to staff
* Assisting with program oversight, service delivery coordination and regional compliance
* Contributing to workforce planning, risk management and continuous improvement
* Representing Centacare at meetings, networks and community forums when required
* Maintaining a client case management component and/or delivering community education programs (where applicable)
* Providing regional program compliance across a specified program, or programs
The role may involve travel across the region and participation in an on‑call roster.

About You
To be successful in this role you will bring strong leadership capability, sound judgement and a collaborative working style, along with:
A Degree or Diploma in a Human Service (or working towards) and/or a Degree or Diploma in Management related area or substantial demonstrated experience (minimum of three years) performing duties at an equivalent level.
* Previous experience in supervising staff or leading programs.
* Previous experience managing risk, compliance and complex client situations.
* trong communication, organisation and time management skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and support staff
* High level of confidentiality and professional integrity
* Ability to build effective relationships with staff, stakeholders and partner agencies
* High level of competency using Microsoft Office programs
Requirements of the role:
* Hold (or willingness to obtain) a current DHS Working With Children Check *
* Hold (or a willingness to obtain) a National Criminal History Record Check (Police Check) *
* Hold a current South Australian Driver's License (minimum Provisional License)
