We pay a production bonus to ALL employees EVERY month based on individual hours worked vs. production output.
Average bonus for the last 12 months for a new employee at the starting bonus rate = $1.66 per hour (lowest bonus paid $0.97, highest $2.77).
NO > Junior Apprentice 1st Year (not finished year 12) base rate $14.06 + average bonus $1.66 = $15.72 per hour.
Increases to ~$19 after 1 year, ~$23 after 2 years and $27+ after 3 years.YES > Junior Apprentice 1st Year (finished year 12) base rate $15.46 + average bonus $1.66 = $17.12 per hour.
