The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Brand Manager to join our high performing marketing team - bringing strong multi-channel experience from across Grocery and Petrol & Convenience.

In addition to supporting our growth agenda in Grocery, this role will help shape the P&C brand strategy and lead its execution – a unique opportunity for an experienced, energetic and ambitious Brand Manager who thrives at the centre of how we grow.

This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, innovation, and execution - responsible for driving brand growth, strengthening market position, and delivering commercially impactful marketing initiatives across the APAC region.

You will play a key role in shaping brand direction, leading campaigns, managing product portfolios, and bringing new products to market, all while working cross-functionally across the business and engaging directly with customers to deliver strong commercial outcomes.

About You

In this newly created role, you will play a key part in shaping strategy and delivering outcomes with real commercial impact. You will help develop and execute annual brand plans aligned to business objectives, lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, manage and optimise the product portfolio end to end, and drive new product development projects from concept through to launch and post launch evaluation.

You will also manage marketing budgets to ensure effective spend and strong ROI, analyse performance data to inform decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, insights, innovation, operations and finance to deliver commercially successful outcomes.
