Astill's is a 15-year strong, family-owned electrical business with a great reputation, growth plans, and a supportive, team-focused culture. With new ownership, we're expanding and looking for an Electrical Supervisor to lead from the front and grow with us.
About the Role
Supervise electricians and apprentices across multiple sites from our Kingaroy office.
Hands‐on leadership with strong support from a Senior Supervisor and two local Supervisors, plus four more on the Sunshine Coast.

What You'll Be Doing
Supervising and scheduling electricians and apprentices.
Running jobs day‐to‐day and keeping projects on track.
Supporting training, mentoring, and upskilling of apprentices.
Maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency on site.
Working closely with management and clients.
Using job management software (AroFlo experience highly regarded).
About You
Current QLD Electrical Licence
Experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Senior Electrician.
Confident leading teams and managing multiple jobs.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Happy to travel when required.
Keen to be part of a growing business (not just clock in and out).
Valid Australian work rights required for this position.
