You'll have the opportunity to forge strong connections with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals. This understanding will enable you to provide tailored support, empowering them to accomplish what truly matters to them.What you'll bring:A passion for people and a genuine interest in responding to the needs of othersStrong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with individuals.Transferable skills in providing care with compassion, empathy, and resiliencePhysical aptitude to perform various manual tasks with easeWhat we would like you to have:Authorised to work in VictoriaValid Victorian Driver LicenseAn understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sectorCertificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification will be highly regarded for these positionsMinimum 2-year industry experienceAbility to actively navigate and adapt to changeWorking with Children CheckNDIS Worker Screening CheckFirst Aid/CPR CertificatePlease note, our response times may be a bit slower during the holiday period, rest assured we'll be back to address your needs promptly in early January.
